 This means that we have demonstrated an extra level of compliance and are one of the 10% of agencies nationally in REC membership that has demonstrated professionalism by obtaining this award.

We are thrilled to have this recognised kite mark of excellence and have undergone specific checks relating to the supply of staff into the education sector.

This comprehensive audit ensures that Salford Supply Desk complies with safeguarding legislation and recruitment best practice, with the process being independently verified by the REC.

The award verifies that Salford Supply Desk policies and procedures are in accordance with the Employment Agencies Act, The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, the REC Code of Professional Practice and Safeguarding practices in relation to children.
